At Derby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item:

  • Is unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • Is in its original condition.

  • Has all original tags and packaging attached.

  • Shows no signs of damage caused after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Items without their original tags or packaging.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

3. Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong product or an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If the issue is confirmed, Derby will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed using a method agreed upon between Derby and the customer.

Original shipping charges, should be and only be on the customer.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another size, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with this policy.
